The Dangers of Driving Under the Influence

Driving under the influence does not just consist of alcohol; it also consists of prescription drugs. Drugs can be truly detrimental to one’s brain and cause the same disorienting effects as alcohol. People should not drive after taking prescription medications that may affect their focus or cause them to be sleepy. Talk to your doctor about your medications if you are unsure if they are safe to drive with.
